About Us

The Desert Grooves Jazz Ensemble was assembled in the Fall of 2005.  Although the group is fairly new to the Phoenix area, they have built up a following throughout the Valley through their frequent performances at Cafe Boa (in Tempe).  During the past year, the group was hired to perform at a corporate party for employees of the Arizona Republic and a wedding at the Desert Botanical Gardens.  In May they worked with Blue Door Recording Studios to produce their first album which will be on sale at all of their performances.
